Our Cellar Door Club is a uniquely progressive wine club that offers our members one of the finest portfolios of California wines.
The KVV Cellar Door Club caters to the diverse palates of our most loyal customers. Unlike most wine clubs, ours allows members the choice of either selecting the wines they wish to receive in each shipment, or simply allowing the wines Ken has pre-selected to be delivered directly to their door.
This is accomplished by our interactive web based wine club. Thirty days prior to the shipment date members will receive an e-mail announcing the featured wines of the upcoming shipment. If a member would prefer to modify their shipment, they may select alternate wines from our portfolio. This option must be completed online 10 days prior to the club shipment date indicated in the e-mail.
Along with the privilege of becoming a member of the Cellar Door Club we are requesting that our members take the initiative to keep their information accurate and up-to-date, and respond to email communication in a timely manner. In return we will provide a wide array of exceptional wines, and courteous, knowledgeable customer service.
It is our goal to have the majority of our communication conducted via e-mail to keep our club operating proficiently, which in turn will help us better serve you.
The Cellar Door Club is an online, interactive wine club. Members have the ability to customize wine selections based on their own personal preference versus a winery prefixed set of wines.
Prior to a shipment Cellar Door members are sent an online Cellar Door Club newsletter that describes the wines Ken has selected for the shipment, along with suggested food pairings and recipes and an update on events at the winery and elsewhere.
You will have the opportunity to preview featured wine selections online prior to each shipment date. During the preview period you will have the option to either receive the featured wines or customize your shipment to the wines you prefer to receive from one of the most comprehensive wine portfolios in California.
You must be 21 years of age or older to order wine and join the Cellar Door Club. A signature verifying your age will be required upon delivery of your wine. Any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive their wine shipment until proper identification can be produced. If identification cannot be provided any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and charged accordingly. Due to shipping restrictions in many states we only ship wine to those states where direct shipping is permitted by law. We currently ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MN, MO, MT, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI. We will continue to add states as our direct sale licenses are issued for each state. Please check our website periodically for shipping compliance updates.
